Your room will be available any time after 3.00pm on the day of your arrival. Please advise us in advance if you anticipate arriving earlier than this and we will endeavour to have your room ready for you.

Please advise us before your arrival if you require a vegetarian menu choice.

Smart-Casual Evening Dress Code please. No jeans or T-shirts.

Your well-behaved dog is welcome to stay in your room at no additional charge.

We accept payment by Mastercard and Visa, but as a small business we prefer Cash or your Personal Cheque or Debit Card. Thank you.

A Deposit of £50.00 per room is required on confirmation of booking. A larger deposit may be requested for stays of three or more nights. In the event of cancellation this deposit will be refunded only if the accommodation can be re-let (as approved by ABTA).

Cancellation charges: Where a confirmed booking is cancelled and the accommodation cannot be re-let, a cancellation charge will be made on the following scale:
  • More than three weeks prior to the arrival date - Deposit only
  • More than one week, but less than three weeks prior - 30% of the total cost of holiday, excluding VAT.
  • One week or less prior to the arrival date - 60% of the total cost of holiday, excluding VAT. Please note that we reserve the right to charge 100% of the cost of the first night's stay where a booking is cancelled on the day, or in the event of a no-show.
